Warranties
All completed work includes a workmanship warranty as specified in your written proposal. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through separately where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
